Heritage Store Returns Policy
Items should be packed securely in their original product packaging. Include the original packing slip or a copy of it inside the packaging. Ship the items to the Heritage Fulfillment Center at the address printed on the return shipping label. Cut out and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the packaging. Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. It is recommended that you use a shipping method that can be tracked; keep a copy of the tracking number for reference.
After the Fulfillment Center receives the returned items, the original purchase price excluding shipping charges will be refunded to your credit card within 2-3 weeks. We will notify you via email once we have received your return and are processing your refund.
